IrfanView
IrfanView is very small and very easy to use, but powerfull image viewer. Beside standard image viewing, it includes some additional features like slideshow, batch conversion, image adjustment, image editing, resizing and panorama stitching. It supports plugins so it's functionality can be extended to music listening and watching movies.
